Alberto Giacometti was a Swiss artist, his sculptures are really thin and tall figures, maybe because he lived during World War II, and people were hungry. In this sculpture project, we will try to recreate his work by making thin and tall figures.

Giacometti’s sculptures were tall, and very, very thin.
We will recreate his style by doing our own version of thin and tall people.
For the structure we will use a metal hanger. Ask some help from an adult to cut or twist the wire.
Once we have the structure, we will use pipe cleaners and we will wrap them around.
The pipe cleaners’ colors are not important. They are going to be covered.
