Photography Project for Kids: How to make a Pinhole Camera

Photography has always been a mystery, how the images get into the camera? how the camera works? Digital photography is even more complicated, and our children are always asking questions.

This is a wonderful project to show them how simple it can be. It is just a box with a hole, it capture the images and it actually can take pictures.

I know what you mean Natasha. I also looked for information about pinhole cameras, and I bought several books too. I am a photographer myself, and I wanted to show the children that a pinhole camera actually works.
In some of the cameras, you could see the upside-down image, but then you couldn’t use it, or in the other hand, you had a light-proof box to take pictures, but the you couldn’t see the image.
With this simple solution, you can have both!
